MP of Democratic Republic of Nepal and chairman of Shram Saskriti Party, Mr.Harka Raj Rai posted a photo of a minor (PM of Nepal Balen Shah’s daughter) revealing her identity. This is a serious offense to use minors pictures for political critiques. We would like Nepal Government to act accordingly and investigate under women and children rights. 

नेपाल लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्रका सांसद तथा श्रम संस्कृति पार्टीका अध्यक्ष श्री हर्क राज राईद्वारा प्रधानमन्त्री Balen Shahकी नाबालिग छोरीको फोटो सार्वजनिक गरी उनको पहिचान खुलाएको भन्ने विषय गम्भीर चिन्ताको रूपमा उठेको छ।

नाबालिगको फोटो राजनीतिक आलोचना वा फाइदाका लागि प्रयोग गर्नु गम्भीर कानुनी र नैतिक मुद्दा हो। यसले बालअधिकार तथा महिला तथा बालबालिका सुरक्षासम्बन्धी कानुनमाथि प्रश्न उठाउँछ।
