Harjot Hundal is the owner of Gabroo TV (GTV) and gabroo.tv This is a youtube channel that houses the most bhangra videos in the world. 

He has been in the circuit for a long time and has done this circuit a service by uploading performances to youtube and bringing Bhangra to the entire world in one place. But now that service is becoming a hindrance. 

Yes he does go to many competitions for essentially free, but at the cost of possibly never seeing your videos uploaded. Many people on the circuit are aware of how bad this is, but if you need a recent example - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IgVxE2IalZQ . This is a video of GW Bhangra at Bhangra Bash 2009. It was uploaded in May 2020. We should not have to wait 11 YEARS to get our videos out. GTV has the largest trove of Bhangra performance videos any one person has and it's a tragedy that he is not taking the time to actually finish his 'seva' and publish the videos. 

Here's what we are calling for.

1. Post all existing videos that haven't been published to YouTube by February 1st 2021
2. If Harjot is hired for another competition, he must sign a contract saying that the videos will be published within 2 weeks (unless the team says otherwise) and all videos must be published after the season is over (July 1st of any given season)
3. If he is not willing or able to publish videos in a timely fashion, then we call on competitions to stop hiring him and Harjot himself to not record any longer. 

It's devastating for teams that have worked hard all year to get to one competition all to never have a good video of their performance EVER released. We don't want to wait 11 years for our videos and no one ever should. Sign the petition, let's change GTV.
