Currently, millions of chickens in their supply chains are forced to endure some of the worst abuses on filthy, overcrowded factory farms. Let’s use our collective voices to demand that Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. put an end to this needless cruelty! 1) Please visit the Carl’s Jr. Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/carlsjr) and comment something like: “Some of the largest companies in the restaurant industry, including Burger King, Shake Shack, and Subway have committed to sweeping welfare reforms for the chickens they purchase. I will be boycotting Carl’s Jr. until it commits to the same chicken welfare standards. Animal cruelty is unacceptable!” 2) Please fill out Hardee’s Customer Service Form: http://www.hardees.com/contact/contact_form Fill out the necessary information and leave the following comment or create your own: “Why won’t Hardee’s listen to its customers and address the egregious cruelty allowed in its chicken supply chain? With so many other companies adopting strong chicken welfare reforms, it's unacceptable that Hardee’s has yet to improve the welfare of the chickens in its supply chain. I refuse to support a restaurant that doesn’t take animal welfare seriously and will be boycotting your stores until this issue is addressed!” Thank you!
