Ann Marie Lynch came to my home for a short stay in March 2019 and refused to leave. She now claims "tenant rights" to my property without any contract or money exchanging hands and refuses to leave. My landlord, Irvine Company, is now evicting me and my children from our 3 year residence, because she and her dog occupying my property are a violation of my lease. She was never given permission to stay past March. I have text messages from her with specific dates of her promising to leave. She has pointed a gun at me and pushed me. My restraining order was denied. Please remove this danger from my home and prevent my family from becoming homeless.
