I was with my elderly father to simply make a purchase and when the item was not in stock I wanted to make a rain check purchase. Apparently this was a set-up arrest with possibly the Harbor Freight Corporation involved after I reported a sheriff on corruption.

I did no crime. The manager was causing trouble and I said I was going to report him to the corporate office. He yelled the F word to me from that. I then proceeded in telling him that's not right to do and after my dad got in his last plea to the manager if he was actually going to produce the item that he claimed he was looking for and received a "no" response, we were heading out of the store.

That's when two cops showed up. Manager lied about trespassing as neither my dad or I were asked to leave. The cop had a charge of disorderly conduct in addition to trespassing which made no sense.

The manager should be arrested for making the false report but evidently the Grants Pass Police Department, in collusion with the Josephine County Sheriff Department, only wanted to ruin my life after reporting the sheriff on corruption and no one else would be cited for anything.

I was brought to jail to be tortured.
