I'm Brittany Goins. I'm a 32 yr old mom who is trying to seek justice for my kids. Will you help? I'm wanting to keep child abusers and perpetrators from getting away with hurting kids. I NEED YOUR HELP! THESE ARE MY KIDS. MY WORLD,MY LIFE. MY X SEXUALLY MOLESTED ALL MY KIDS AND RAPED ONE. WE WERE TOGETHER FOR 6 YRS. DURING THIS TIME MY KIDS STARED ACTING OUT STRANGELY. THERE WAS PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE FROM KARL. AFTER I GOT MY KIDS FROM HIM AFTER A HORRIBLE MISCARRIAGE. THIS WAS 2008 THEN IN 2010 MY OLDEST CAMERON AND SECOND OLDEST STERLING TOLD MY FATHER ABOUT SOME THINGS THAT HAPPENED TO THEM. MY FATHER CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO SIT DOWN WE NEEDED TO TALK. HE TOLD ME. I WAITED ONE DAY FLOORED THAT THIS HAPPEN TO ME AND I PROMISED MY KIDS WOULD NEVER GO THROUGH THIS. WE REPORTED IT TO HE BROWNWOOD SHERIFFS DEPT. THEN CPS TO A CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER AND ALSO TO COOKS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. THE CASE WENT TO COURT AFTER ALL EVIDENCE WAS COLLECTED THAT COULD BE COLLECTED. HE WAS INDICTED AND PUT IN JAIL GOT OUT ON I BELIEVE IT WAS A 50,000 bond. Karl ALAN SMITH. WHO NOW HAS HIS OWN NEWBORN SON AND STEP DAUGHTER TO DO AS HE PLEASES, HE WAS TCLOSE CERTIFIED AS A POLICE OFFICER BUT NEEDED TO GET CERTIFIED IN TX OR MAYBE THE T=CLOSE WAS FOR TX. HE WENT TO COLLEGE AND GRADUATED IN DURANGO COLORADO. THE CASE WENT BEFORE THE JURY ALMOST. ME AND ONE OF MY KIDS WHO WAS GONNA HAVE TO TESTIFY WAITED.FOR 2 hours and then they came and told us the case..was DISMISSED which they will not tell us how or why in BROWNWOOD TX. WHAT THE HELL DO I DO NOW? My KIDS HAVE SELF ESTEEM ISSUES ANGER PROBLEMS AND DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO IN THIS WORLD. THEY ARE HAVING A HARD TIME. WHAT DO I DO? I TRIED REOPENING THE CASE AND THEY WONT DO IT. KARL WAS A JAILER IN BROWNWOOD AT THE JAIL AND WAS GREAT FRIENDS WITH INVESTIGATOR LANA GUTHRIE, WHO WAS ALSO OVER THIS CASE. I KEPT TELLING THEM I WANT A DIFFERENT INVESTIGATOR SO WHEN THIS HAPPENS WHAT DO U DO? WHATS THE NEXT STEP? I WILL NOT LET THIS SLIDE. EVEN THE DOCTOR AT COOKS SAID SHE WOULD TESTIFY THAT THEY WERE SEXUALLY ABUSED. DONNA WHITE? I think. I KNOW HER FIRST NAME WAS DONNA. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? THIS DOES NOT FEEL RIGHT. I should have seen signs or something during this time. I didn't see shit coming or happening. Its my fault they suffered and still are. I know this won't make a right. But I can still try to get payback and the justice they deserve, for them and other kids from future abuse from this man. like that newborn infant of his now. What will become of him an his big sister Rosie? Now I can tell you bout the rape victim. My oldest, my lil Roo thinks he is going to join the military. Reason why I asked. So that way I can kill KarI for what he did do us. I think my knees gave in when I heard this. Cameron is so full of hate and he has every right.
