

There's been a lot of commentary on social media about this survey - many feel it is more of "decision made" than a true exploration or people's feelings and viewpoints of what they are canvassing about
Here's one:
"This specific wording from their own financial strategy is what really hits differently for me. Saying they’re in a “privileged financial position” because nurses are legally required to pay the fee and that this creates a highly secure source of income, tells alot about the dynamic.This isnt written in the tone of “we value your contribution.”
It’s written like “you cannot leave, therefore our income is protected.” It’s about guaranteed revenue😐If your financial strength is built on the fact that nurses, midwives and NAs have no legal choice, then at what point does this stop being regulation and start looking like dependence on a captive workforce?"
