Noche Diaz, year after year, over and over, is someone the NYPD has harassed, threatened, arrested, and slammed with charges after charges. Right now he faces two cases in Manhattan, with a total of four criminal misdemeanor charges. He was arrested on August 14th after a march through the streets of NYC days after Michael Brown was murdered in Ferguson. on November 25th the day after a grand jury refused to indict Michael Brown's killer, He was arrested again at a march protesting the non indictment, just shortly after NYPD threatened him saying "I know you, you already have a case, you better go home, cuz when we get you, you ain't going nowhere for a long time, we're gonna put you away. We already got you for the same thing before." 

So while the police who murder Black people and Latinos walk free and almost never face charges, a freedom fighter like Noche is repeatedly arrested and faces charges for protesting police murder. 

This is why Noche cannot and will not stand alone. We will not let them take our leaders. We will not let them criminalize people who stand up to police murder and terror.

We will make sure they know: WE STAND WITH NOCHE! DROP ALL THE CHARGES!
