Developers want the City of Miami to let them count a large portion of Legion Park as part of their Special Area Plan(SAP)so they can build 175 feet high,south of legion park,north of nirvana.(as of right they are allowed to build 85 ft high)
Concerned citizens must not be silent while a developer convinces the City of Miami to count our neighborhood park as part of a SAP which will enable over-development.
The City will not stop this unless we make it known that we care about protecting our area.
