I feel like as a resident in Hammersmith and Fulham I pay for my parking permit zone D I am limited to what I can do within the borough if I need to go shopping I have to pay again to go two roads up from my home to shop if I go to Hammersmith I have to pay again to shop I feel like the council should extend the permit for the whole borough if you’ve got a residential borough extend that permit for the whole borough so that you can park anywhere within Hammersmith and Fulham just like Kensington and Chelsea does
