Nathan is currently a 17-year old international student attending Westmount high school in Hamilton, Ontario.

On the 20th of January (a Wednesday), Nathan was falsely accused by the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board of planning a school shooting and then promptly and publicly arrested on school grounds by officers and then detained at the McMaster Hospital for Mental Health for 3 days against his will while assessments were conducted.

Now, even after Nathan has been released and every single one of his assessments have come back proving that he is in fact sane, and at no risk to anyone, the school board has still decided to indefinitely suspend his admission to school, citing that "the community feels unsafe".

Do not stand for this injustice. Do not allow his life to be ruined by these baseless accusations that hold no anchor in reality. Please spread the word and tell as many people as you can about this. Do not let an innocent man be deported simply because of some allegations which have already been proven false.

This is the work of people acting on paranoia. Nathan does not pose any threat to his community and he is an exemplary "A" student. Sign this petition and show the school board that they are wrong and do not in fact represent the greater "community".
