My son Andrew was murdered January 4th, 2008. One man has been to trial and is serving a life sentence. The other gang member has not been to trial for my son’s death. We know who he is. Every year I call, send emails with no response. My son’s roommate who was able to get away and positively identified the man who had Andrew in his room can absolutely identify the other man who had him in his room. I want justice for my son who was murdered in cold blood. The other man  lives in Cincinnati, Ohio as a free man. He is a murderer who needs to be in prison.  I have called every year and I am never given a clear answer in this case. I am hoping this will help in forcing the police detectives and prosecutors to reopen this case! 
Update:

The man who was serving life has been granted a new trial on a technicality. Evidently, the police department failed to turn over insignificant evidence in this case. The Ohio Innocence Project took the case and won a new trial. They have let a very dangerous man back on the streets until his new trial on October 10, 2023. We need justice and answers!
