We implore the HAMBURG AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD to follow the CDC and PA Department of Health guidelines and mandates, as per their own policy, and support universal masking in our schools. Universal masking is of utmost importance for the safety of our children and staff, as it is one of the best tools we have to fight COVID-19, especially in the unvaccinated population.

Members of the HAMBURG AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS are putting the health and safety of their students and staff at risk by not mandating universal masking in schools or on school busses.

Masks work best when EVERYONE wears one. Keep our kids attending in-person school by mandating universal mask wearing, as every child deserves to learn in a safe, protected environment.
