We want lower water and sewer rates for the city of Haltom City. We also want set days each month our bill is due! We have a lot of elderly citizens that only get one check a month and are on a very limited income! With the high rates they will have to choose between prescription or a water bill. We also have single family incomes that will have to choose between food for or water.
