Dear Community Members,
All because of you in just a matter of days we hit 200 signatures! I want to thank you for your continued efforts here in achieving this significant milestone. These collective efforts have produced tremendous momentum. Together we can stop this and advocate for change. We cannot let an unelected group in an ivory tower dictate how our communities evolve. We only have until December 2024 when the LA County Board of Supervisors will vote on this plan. Our next push will be for 500 signatures. Please continue doing the following to amplify our voices:
- Print the flyer on this email with the embedded QR code, and place in visible and strategic locations across your community
- Share the petition with your friends and neighbors through direct text or word of mouth
- Share the petition at local community events
- Share the petition on social media especially with Nextdoor, or local community groups on Facebook, etc.
- Email the Board of Supervisors (the decision makers) on this petition directly and tell them how it affects you personally
- Email wsgvap@planning.lacounty.gov with your official objection and cc your decision maker
