My daughter and I, along with many other families and individuals who don't have cars in our local community, rely on the Insch Community Library. It's not simply a library for us; it's a unifying central meeting point that bridges educational and generational gaps. A large number of students from Insch Primary School, which is located just a minute walk away, hold Aberdeenshire council library cards. This is because there's a severe lack of library space within the school's premises. The close proximity and size of the community library made it perfect for the school to form a partnership with it. 

It's not just about borrowing books; it's a space where children, adults, and elderly people can come together under one roof, encouraging learning, community spirit, and a sense of camaraderie. Closing the Insch Community Library will undoubtedly have an irreplaceable impact on access to knowledge, friendship, and a shared community space for all of us.

Please help us stop the closure of this invaluable resource that's at the heart of our community.
