The current Matrix system is straightforward and easy to navigate, making it an invaluable tool for realtors like myself.

The proposed replacement with Connect has not only caused frustration but also significantly reduced productivity due to its complex interface. According to data from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), efficient technology platforms are crucial for real estate professionals as they can enhance productivity by up to 47%. This change could potentially affect thousands of realtors in Connecticut who rely on MLS Matrix for their daily operations.

Therefore, we are calling on MLS management not only consider our concerns but also keep the Matrix system technology alongside with Connect. This would give us a choice and ensure that we can continue providing excellent service without unnecessary technological hindrances.
