We met with the landlords and lawyers on both sides and were feeling more hopeful today. Ironically after a meeting that was meant to scare us into settling but after seeing how disorganized they are and how much they left out in the discussions around our rights we left that meeting feeling better than we did going in.
We're going to start putting pressure on them starting with signs for our windows. We told them over a month ago we are going to start making our evidence and their names public.
The person in the meeting today will be first, Adrian Faynwachs, hes the kind that seems to care about his image, and also his film company A2 Production house.
So tell you're friends and family that Adrian Faynwachs, Gorfay realty company LTD. and A2 Production House are trying to make fellow Canadians homeless to profit off of the housing crisis.
They even outright admitted in this meeting they don't want us moving back in at our original rate which is their duty as landlords because we pay too little and are protected under rent control.
So if you see any A2 Production House films showing at any film festivals, be sure people know what kinda people own that studio.
I will be making updates here more frequent along with many stories of what they e put us through with their negligence over the years (with the pictures to prove it!)
We've also banded together with our neighbors the Bank Block Tenants who are fighting a demoviction as well.
We are starting to work on a website to!
