Please be advised that the applicant for docket 2024-16 has not been able to obtain all the necessary paperwork for the request to be heard at the July 17, 2024 public hearing and has asked that the matter be tabled until the August 21, 2024 public hearing same time and place.

Our attorney has assured me that this matter will be tabled as requested and will not be discussed by the Board until August 21, 2024.
