I am so sorry for the inconvenience, but tomorrow’s data center hearing at the MDC has been postponed to August 20, 2025 at 1PM. 

We don’t exactly know the reason for the delay, but the petitioner’s attorney requested it and we felt that having more time to prepare helps our case, so we agreed to it. 

So – don’t go downtown tomorrow – but please hold 8/20/25 at 1PM on your calendar.  Let me know if you have questions or concerns.
