In case you haven’t heard, the Metropolitan Development Commission (MDC) hearing examiner approved the zoning petition for the data center project.  In other words, she approved the project moving forward.  We immediately appealed this decision, so there will be another hearing (see details below).

This may or may not be our last chance (depending on what our City-County Councilor does), so it is VERY important that we have good attendance at the July 16 hearing.
