Well we spent 45min listening to the legal team explain how great of an opportunity this would be on 4/14/25 but they failed to clearly answer any of our questions.   What are they trying to hide?  The neighbors want the same transparency other developers have given us in the past.   We continue to ask our local politicians for help and so far only Michael Paul-Hart has been in attendance.   

On 4/21/25 at 6:30pm in the civic league build at 8822 southeastern ave.  This is a resident only meeting to discuss concerns and options
