Our personal narrative in this endeavor begins a while ago when we escaped the clutches of a crowded and failing city, seeking solace in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We spent precious time and resources to find a home that aligns with our values, dreams, and love for nature. The proposed expansion of Faison Field from 3700 feet to an additional 1500 feet, is a dire risk poised to shatter this peaceful existence. This endeavor is to accommodate larger jets, marking a considerable increase in noise and air pollution. We will not stand idle while our homes, property values, and wildlife are placed in jeopardy.

Faison Field's expansion will not only disturb the tranquility of our neighborhood but also depress our property values. Noise pollution has an inarguable negative impact on property prices (Academic Research by Shoup & Fabian, 2013). Moreover, the increased traffic will lead to higher emissions impacting air quality and public health. We will not let our children face these preventable hazards.

Further, the local wildlife has also been thriving due to the balance we've managed to maintain. Faison Field expansion threatens the survival of these creatures by causing habitat loss. The protection of biodiversity is a global responsibility and acting against it would be reprehensible.
