Thank you all who participated in this survey. Rest assured that we’ve created some awareness and raised flags of concern. Please make every attempt to attend the Annual HOA meeting tomorrow. Zoom is a good option, however, I do believe we need to be proactive going forward. A resounding reason we’ve been blindsided by astronomical fee hikes over the last few years is due to the lack of engagement. While the BOARD is primarily responsible for making decision, 5 people cannot reasonably be able or expected to speak on behalf of 433 homeowners in totality and with accuracy.
I make no excuses as to why we were not able to secure 285 votes. We still have a few hours left, so all is not lost. The year ahead, we must be consistent and engaged to be impactful.
