Hello Everyone,

 I want to thank you for your continued support. However, we need to really kick this into next gear. I know we are running into Christmas and Holiday parties, I don't think that's a coincidence with the timing of this construction. I am sure you have noticed they have still not advertised what is being built.

 I was contacted today and was asked to not post petition flyers in common areas such as mailboxes or community parks as this is a violation of our HOA. I could really use your help to bring more attention to this and ask that you print out the petition and place them on car windows in target, on the cars on the streets or in your neighborhood and on neighbors doors, pass them out to parents at school pick up and drop off. 

There have been 4,526 petition views. We have 406 signatures. 

Marni von Wilpert is our local councilmember. Here is her email marnivonwilpert@sandiego.gov and her staffers jfox@sandiego.goc and jgarver@sandiego.gov. I am asking for all of you to flood her inbox, send an email and voice your concerns and opinions. Let her come back from her Christmas break and be overwhelmed by emails in opposition to this.
