Halt the Destruction of Kancha Gachibowli's Ecosystem and Habitat

The Issue

As someone who cherishes the exquisite biodiversity nurtured by the 400 acres of land bordering UoH at Kancha Gachibowli, witnessing the potential devastation this area faces due to proposed governmental development breaks my heart. The state's plan to establish an IT park here is not merely an exploitation of land; it is a flagrant disregard for the lives and homes of our local wildlife.

This area serves as a home to countless species of birds nesting and preparing for their next generation during this crucial time. However, bulldozers are ruthlessly uprooting their homes, leaving them disoriented and at risk. Along with them, numerous other animals are facing abrupt displacement. Where will these innocent creatures seek refuge?

We advocate for transparency with the public about these troubling events and demand answers from the State Forest Department about their plans for the adequate relocation of these animals. This issue surpasses the boundaries of mere development and intrudes into preserving the intricate balance of our ecosystem.

Now, more than ever, we need your support. We urge you to join our campaign and have your voice heard in preventing the destruction of nature and the habitat of countless living beings. Sign this petition and stand up for the sustainable use of land, and the protection and preservation of wildlife.
