The Fayetteville City Council denied the appeal and this student-focused housing project on Dickson St & Block Ave is DEAD!
The appeal failed by just one vote!
Thank you to everyone that signed the petition and extra thanks to those that emailed City Council and/or joined any of the meetings in person or virtual. The overwhelming public opinion had a huge impact on the City Council's decision.
Great job Fayetteville!!
