We are pleased to announce that we have over 2300 signatures on our primary petition to shut down the proposed homeless shelter. Combined with our second petition, we have gathered over 3500 signatures. We have the full support of our politicians to stop this project in its tracks.

Frank Morano has strongly stated, "Not going to happen. Not if I am councilman. We're gonna do whatever it takes to stop it, and I am determined to stand with this community to make sure this goes nowhere."

Vito Fossella has also expressed his firm opposition, stating, "Over my dead body will that be a homeless shelter!"
