Life in our community has become unbearable due to the dumping activities perpetuated by Denali Water Solutions. It isn't just an inconvenience; it has become a health risk. Personally, I've seen my health degrade significantly—upper respiratory problems, severe headaches, and consistent nausea—all brought on by the hazardous environment that Denali Water Solutions has created. We are assailed by the horrendous smell, surrounded by unwanted pests like buzzards and flies, to the point where our homes feel like prisons.

What troubles us even more is not just the irreparable damage caused to our health and environment, but also the blatant disregard for regulatory guidelines by Denali Water Solutions. This Company has consistently failed to abide by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation's (TDEC) guidelines, which brings us to question the protective capacity of these very guidelines. It feels as if these policies do nothing to safeguard our homes and well-being.

The impact isn't just contained within our homes. The semi-trucks involved in these activities are also damaging our country roads, to add to the constant fear of an accident due to vehicles running stop signs.

We are left to wonder - is progress defined by the suffering of many for the benefit of a few? This is why we implore you to lend your voice to our cause.
