My home was purchased with the intent to remain in close proximity to world-class golf facilities. My sister, a junior golfer and the eminent LPGA Ladies' Club Champion, is just one of many who benefit immensely from these practice holes. Our community is vibrant and thriving because of these facilities, and any impending construction poses a threat to this balance. 

In recent years, we've already seen our traffic and flooding situation deteriorate. The unwarranted addition of more homes will only serve to amplify these growing problems. It is essential to understand that development today has consequences for the future. 

Constructing more homes beyond the agreed plan imposes not only on the serenity of our neighborhood but degrades our treasured recreational areas as well. 

This petition, therefore, calls to stop developers from building new homes on the practice holes of the LPGA international golf course. By doing so, we aim to safeguard our community's interests, keep our recreational amenities intact, and prevent exacerbation of our existing issues.
