Stop The Maselli Farm Project!

We are residents of a flourishing neighborhood, blessed with trees sprawling across 34 acres. Unfortunately, a looming threat overshadows our tranquil residence. The wildlife that thrives here, in their natural habitat, faces endangerment due to proposed industrial activities. It is deeply personal because it threatens not only our homes but also the safety and health of our beloved community and also the value of our homes.

The proposed construction of a party pavilion and observation towers around our residential area would disrupt our peaceful living while promoting the infraction of environmental regulations. Not to mention the release of EPA banned toxins and poisonous substances which pose a significant health risk to all residing here and even beyond. These toxins are known for causing serious health issues like respiratory problems and even cancer (EPA, 2020).

They have proposed multiple structures, construction equipment stored across the street from residences, entrances to the gathering pavilion next to private homes. They have only proposed thirty parking spots meaning the burden of overflow would fall to our streets where children play. 

We aim to protect the natural balance of wildlife habitat and our homes, and your support could tip the scale in our favor.
