The hearing for our lawsuit is finally here, and we need every one of you to join us.

📅 Court Date: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
🕣 Meet at 8:30 AM outside the courthouse
📍 Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Ave, Las Vegas, NV
🅿️ Parking available across the street on 3rd St

We’ll gather peacefully outside, then head in as a group for the 9:00 AM hearing in Dept. 7. Room assignment will be posted on the day, and someone will be there to guide you.

 
💥 What’s at Stake
This hearing will determine two key things:

1 - Whether the developers’ motion to dismiss is denied
2 - Whether we are granted an injunction to stop construction until the required environmental, traffic, and economic studies are completed by indepedent parties.

This is a major step in our fight to hold the city and developers accountable. They must prove this project helps, not hurts, our community.

 
🎯 Why You Need to Be There
We need the judge (and the media) to see that this is not just a few people. It’s hundreds of neighbors, united in opposition. A packed courtroom sends a message:
We are watching. We are organized. We are not going away.
