The moment we’ve all been working toward is finally here... our day in court is officially set for Monday, November 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

Location: Regional Justice Center
200 Lewis Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101

Parking: Lot on 3rd Street, directly across from the courthouse
Department: Dept. 7 (room assignment will be posted the day of)

Someone from our team will be outside the courthouse that morning to help direct everyone to the right courtroom.

🧑‍⚖️ Why This Hearing Matters

This is our chance to demand transparency and hold the developers and city accountable. The Campus will finally have to answer our questions in front of a judge - but we must show the court that this isn’t just a few voices… it’s an entire community united.

Your presence matters more than ever. A strong, respectful turnout will make a lasting impression on both the court and the media.

Be respectful at all times - we want the judge to see us as passionate, not disruptive.

The media will be present, and there may be an opportunity to make statements in the courthouse lobby after the hearing.

🔥 What’s Next

We’re meeting with our attorney this weekend to finalize legal strategy, and we’ll hold a community meeting this week to prepare and coordinate attendance. Details to come shortly.

This is it - the most important moment of our fight so far.
