Hello supporters,

We’re just three days away from our day in court... and we want every member of our community to understand:

This lawsuit is about more than just a building. It’s about our voice. Our safety. Our future.

🧱 What This Project Means for Our Neighborhood
This isn’t just another development, it’s a 900-bed facility being pushed into our residential community without proper studies, transparency, or accountability.  That would make this facility the largest project in our community - even larger than some of our local casino resorts!

  • No environmental review.
  • No traffic impact study.
  • No true public input.

And yet, they expect us to accept it with NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

⚖️ What We’re Asking the Court
On Tuesday, November 4 at 9:00 AM, our legal team will ask the judge to:

1 - Reject the city’s attempt to dismiss our lawsuit
2 - Grant an injunction to halt the project until the necessary studies are completed and the public is properly heard

We’re not asking for special treatment - we’re asking for fairness and facts.

🧍🏽‍♀️🧍🏿‍♂️🧍‍♂️ Why You Must Be There

This is not just about law, it’s about showing strength in numbers. When the courtroom is filled with calm, committed residents, we send a clear message:

"We will not be ignored. We are standing up for our community."
