Hi everyone,

Just a quick update to let you know that our complete evidence file has now been officially submitted and accepted by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman!

I have submitted our Master Complaint along with 20 pieces of documentary evidence (including the FOI proving the nursery was never consulted, the photos of the safety hazards on the pavement, and the proof that the Council breached its own consultation policy during the holidays).

The investigator has confirmed they have everything they need and I am acting as the Lead Complainant on behalf of our community's concerns.

The ball is now firmly in the Ombudsman's court to review the evidence and formally open the investigation into Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council. I will let you know as soon as we hear back from the investigator.
