YOUTH 10 COMMANDMENTS

1.Please no more 'cadres',no commanders or captains(No ni ba ndani ndani driving around with funny number plates).

2. Your cabinet/appointments should be highly qualified and balanced representation of all Tribes/Zambians.

3.Power and autonomy back to the institutions that uphold the law ( Police , Anti corruption and so on) Law and order.

4.We want our money back,tax payers funded these 48 houses and other cases,let the money come back into government.

Let those found wanting be prosecuted.

5.(a)Laws against Tribalism.Unite the Zambian people end tribalism once and for all.

(b)Talk to your people quarterly, the youth gave you statehouse.

Create a platform for constant interaction,the youth want opportunities ,better we are in constant communication.

Hire the right people and delegate so that you don't have to micro manage.

 

6. Do not recycle. 

We know all those we were part of the corrupt regime, they are a cancer, cut them out, reconcile yes, but don't include them. Return those who lost their jobs fighting for what was right in the name of 'National Interest'.

 

7.New way of appointing the Judiciary heads so that they don't have loyalty towards the Executive,this should extend as well towards the law enforcement agencies heads of institutions respectively.

 

8. Corruption should be a criminal offense punishable by death.

Electric chair.

 

9.Rural people did not understand the impact of their vote in the previous election.

They brought in PF and can do it again should another party campaign in the same manner ( the case of RB) .

The only way of solving this is creating genuine opportunities for them through Agriculture ( let it becomes our core business ,not mining) also, a deliberate education policy towards affairs of the nation to for the common man should be implemented to reduce the illiteracy levels and ignorance.

Every 5 years adjust the entry requirements of becoming an MP ,we are in a global economy.

 

10. Give power back to civil societies, the Press and others

;Undo Chilubas damage to the unions.
