Dear all, I hope this email finds you well, as always. I am writing to invite you all to participate in a national weekend of action protesting Public Space Protection Orders [PSPOs] on 6-7 August. This weekend has been organised by the Manifesto Club, and will feature protests all over the county highlighting the absurdity of the type of activities banned by PSPOs - Join the action by: - Standing in groups of two in Hillingdon to protest against the council's ban on 'standing in groups of two or more unless waiting at a designated bus stop.' - Attending the ProtestPSPO festival in Hackney on 7 August, and bringing an item which has been banned by a PSPO e.g a remote control car (banned in Hillingdon), chalk for pavement art (banned in Swindon), a bicycle (banned in Bedford centre), or a head covering (banned in Sefton).
