Sadly, the use of PSPOs has been spreading and the wide powers continue to be used against the homeless, even in cases where "homelessness" itself is not banned explicitly. As feared by many campaigners, the homeless are still being targeted via orders banning other activities (such as begging, loitering, etc). I would be grateful if you would please have a look at the campaign against Swindon Council's PSPO which forms one such example, sign the petition and circulate.
