Dear all, After my last update, many of you have been in touch to let me know about more councils which have or are trying to introduce PSPOs which include banning rough sleeping, street drinking, etc. Thank you all for the information, I do read through the comments and will get around to responding/following up as soon as possible. Please bear with me though, it will take a bit of time as it's sometimes difficult to keep on top of it all especially during the work hours. Christian Garland has set up a petition calling on Chester Council to drop their proposed PSPO which also includes rough sleeping.
