I have had verbal confirmation from Danny Matthews @ H&P that we will not be charged for the Common Trees Replacement. We should expect to get a letter in the near future with further information and hopefully a statement to address some of the comments we sent over. For now I am closing this petition and thanks to everyone that participated.
