I have sent off the following email to Calvin: Hi Calvin, Please see the attached petition with signatures and a second document with a list of comments. As you can see the community is currently feeling the service we pay H&P and the Ground care team is not being upheld to the standard we expect. Can you please respond with: 1. Confirmation that there will be no additional charges for the trees. 2. Confirmation that H&P will discuss with the Ground Maintenance team the following issues - Feed and Week not getting done - Bush and Tree neglect resulting in the need for replacement - we expect the cost to be covered by the Grounds maintenance if neglect is the issue, or the builder if the trees were not correctly planted. - Confirmation that 30 day will be given for any future non urgent additional charges - I recommend H&P provide a statement to the home owners detailing how the service provided will improve If you would like to have a conversation with myself then you can get me on xxxxxxx (removed my phone number ;-)).
