Shri Jagmohan Malhotra is  highly honoured octogenarian politician who won our hearts and stood firmly with this conviction that no indian territory is ceded by overt or covert means even under circumstances when so called great national leaders were bent upon directly or indirectly changing the geographical and demographic contours. He thwarted it like a soldier.                                                                        I  It is hard to understand the qualitative characteristics of this great personality unless one goes deeper and deeper into glowing records spanning over decades under different regimes. People in general know him as governor of state ofJammu and Kashmir, but has occupied prestigious positions at centre thereupon carved a niche amongst greats.                                                                                                               And ,now , utilising his precious moments as a writer in a unique way.                                        I appeal to your conscience, here is a man who deserves this coveted honour of Bharat Ratna.
