Everything is moving online and so should H&M South Africa. E-commerce is growing at a stable rate and more retailers are branching out to online stores but not H&M South Africa. Even the pandemic is not enough to push the retailer to have an online store.

As their customers we have been pleading and begging them to have an online store but it's falling on deaf ears.

We hoping with this petition H&M South Africa will realise how serious we are as it's customers. It's not everyday that a retailer is begged by its customers to have an online store but here we are. Izintanga zabo have online stores and apps which makes it easier for us to shop.

Also their stores are not easily accessible to most customers so it makes perfect sense to go online to increase their reach and accessibility. Most of their customers live online and want to enjoy the convenience of shopping from their favourite retailer at the comfort of their couch or office.

Can H&M please take us seriously and give us what we want! We want an online store.
