I started this petition cause there's so much animal abuse in the world, and it has come my attention that in Dubai there some horrific animal abuse where there was a dog hanged from his neck as you can see in the picture in the city called satwa Dubai and a cat with no face due to acid attack and a puppy thrown from a moving car.. This kind of violence is heartbreaking to see and needs to be stop so by signing this petition hoping we can make difference and be there voice so we can spread the word across so these animals don't having any more suffering from evil hands of abusers and justice is served..
