We the people demand that Gwinnett County Public Schools make masks optional for all children. 

Children in GCPS are as young as 5 years old. Requiring small children to wear a mask for 7 hours a day, every single day, for 9 months is outrageous. This virus has a very minimal affect on young children. This has been cited in numerous studies.

It is the parent's responsibility to make health decisions for their children. The parents decide which pediatrician they see and which vaccines they receive, so they also decide if their child is going to cover their nose and mouth. Stop trying to parent our children for us. They are way less affected by this virus than any other age group and, again, this is cited in numerous studies.

We stand firmly together to defend our most vulnerable. We stand to say NO MORE MASK REQUIREMENTS on our children.

Give our children their childhoods back.
