Did you know that from this year, the KCLSU strictly implements a no outside food/drink policy at the Guy’s cafe?  For struggling students who have brought food from home, we are deprived of another space to sit.

KCLSU operates as a not-for-profit organisation which, as such, should provide student space for all. 

Guy’s campus currently houses 4 microwaves (KEATs Cafe, chaplaincy, Guy’s Cafe), 2 of which are situated in Guy’s Cafe. At peak times you will find yourself queueing after seven people to use a microwave. Then you are left outside in the cold to eat your lunch since there is no space for thousands of students. 

Please sign and share our petition to take back our space! Our further action would be an open letter addressed to KCLSU.
