I am writing this petition with Reference to the Circular Number BPIT/Principal/letter/1251/2021 dated 19/1/2021 given to Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT), BBA 2nd year students, according to which an amount of Rs. 29,000 is added in the Tuition Fee that has already been paid in the past in the Year 2019 & 2020. The institute is demanding additional tuition fees which is injustice to the students during this difficult time. We have already paid the fees which was asked from us at the time of admission. As per the Circular Number GGSIPU/JR(Admissions)/2019-2020/894, dated 8/12/2020 it was an error on the part of DHE to miss out mentioning the revised fee and now students have to pay the price of this mistake made by them. We are demanding a complete roll back for this notification for us.
