An explanation is sought for very inhumane, unscientific, brutal and publicly killing of dogs in Diktel, Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality of Khotang District.

This incident is very disturbing, disheartening and against the law.

The culprits are accountable for their actions. 

FAWN (Federation of Animal Welfare) that consists of groups of animal welfare organisations condemn this and seek an explanation.
