Ban pets being given away for free or sold on sites. So many pets are picked up by unscrupulous people who use them as bait or fighters in dog fights. The people that are giving away pets are not checking homes to make sure that the animal will be cared for. It's all too easy for these animals to be taken away and abused. Please help stop this abuse.
