gujarat government passing all standard 10 regular students without examination But Not passing Standard 10 repeater student,

it's unfair for repeater students because they are in same standard but gujarat government passing only regular students so we need justice for repeater students immediately,

We are request to gujarat government for passing repeater students without examination on  this year.
